The rates include service and value added tax; everything is subject to change.

Check-in from 3 p.m. on, check-out before 11:00 a.m. If there is no other agreement: if you do not appear until 6 p.m. on your day of arrival, we are allowed to rent your room to other guests

Cancellation rates: If you cancel your reservation you will have to pay the following fees:

• up to 60 days before arrival no fees
  
• 60-30 days before arrival 60% of the reservation price
  
• 30-0 days before arrival 80% of the reservation price
  
• No show 100% of the reservation price
  

If you are a guest from abroad we need your credit card number to accept your reservation.

In addition to these terms the general terms of the "Deutscher Hotel- und Gaststättenverband" are applied. On publishing of there general terms all earlier general terms are invalid.
